Domus Liberta: Grandma's Room

A plunge into retro charm in the heart of Trieste
Welcome to the ‘Stanza della Nonna’, a cosy quadruple room located inside Domus Liberta, an elegant liberty flat dating back to the early 1900s in the centre of Trieste. Only 300 metres from the railway station, the location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, easily reaching the Rive, Piazza Unità d'Italia and the historic cafés.
The room, furnished with original furniture from the 1930s, offers a unique retro atmosphere. It has a double bed and a double sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to four people. The furnishings include a large mirror, distinctive bedside tables and a large three-door wardrobe.
The kitchen, which is shared with the “Auntie's Room”, is fully equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, oven and everything necessary for cooking, allowing guests to prepare meals independently.

The bathroom, which is private but outside the room, features green tiles and is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, towels and a courtesy set for each guest.
The flat has a Central European air and will take you back in time to a picture-postcard Trieste. All rooms guarantee our guests the utmost tranquillity and comfort.
The entrance hall and corridor are shared with the “Auntie's Room”.
The hotel is equipped with electronic keypad access. Luggage storage is available at a charge at the station.

A tourist tax of 2€ per person per day is required.

The room and the private bathroom will be at the complete disposal of the guests, the entrance ,the corridor and the kitchen are shared with the ‘Aunt's Room’.

The room has its own access, but will always be available to guests via email or telephone.
